Account information. When you sign up or log in via OAuth, we receive your name and email address from your identity provider (e.g., Google).
Email subscription. If you subscribe to our email digest, we store your email address and a unique unsubscribe token.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID but never see or store your card details.
Usage data. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated page-view data. No cookies are used for tracking.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We send email only to addresses that have explicitly opted in via our subscription form. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link and compliant List-Unsubscribe headers. If you unsubscribe, we immediately stop sending emails to your address.
We maintain an automated suppression list for bounced and complained addresses to protect deliverability.
Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication tokens are managed securely via Supabase Auth. We use HTTPS for all connections.
We use trusted third-party service providers for hosting, database management, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, and AI-powered analysis. These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function. No personal data is sent to AI services.
We retain your account and subscription data for as long as your account is active. If you unsubscribe from emails, we keep a record of your unsubscribe status to ensure we don't email you again. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at support@plainsight.cc.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify subscribers via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
